Rotarians Mark Kolterman and Matt Dominy proudly unveiled the new St Lo, France Rotary - Seward Rotary Club celebration banner that has now been presented to the St. Lo Rotary Club. Kolterman and fellow Rotarian Mary Meyer presented the banner to the St. Lo Rotary Club at its July 18th meeting in St Lo, France.
It was in 2019 that members of Seward Rotary followed in the footsteps of the 134th Infantry Regiment of the Nebraska National Guard in Normandy, highlighted by a visit to the City of St. Lo, France, where 53 Nebraskans died liberating the city from the Nazis. While there, Seward Rotarians visited the St. Lo Rotary Club and they have done so every year since. St. Lo Rotarians have also visited our Club. We appreciate this unique bond with our fellow Rotarians in France.
