SHS Senior, Caleb Meyer of Seward is the Seward Rotary Club’s February Youth Rotarian of the Month. He is the son of Rev. Michael and Stacey Meyer.  He was recognized and honored at the weekly Rotary Club’s noon luncheon meeting.  He was introduced, presented with a packet of materials on Seward and Rotary International and a Rotary Club banner.  Caleb was presented with a Rotary Club scholarship for books next year and is now a finalist for the Seward Rotary Club’s annual Youth Rotarian of the Year.

Amber Fiala, the principal of St. John Lutheran School in Seward, was the featured program for the weekly meeting of the Seward Rotary Club on Wednesday, March 6 at noon following their luncheon, fellowship and brief business meeting.  She was introduced by Rotarian Kurth Brashear, who serves as the March Program Chair for the Rotary Club.  Mrs. Fiala is in the middle of her fifth year at St. John Lutheran School and  shared a power point presentation on St. John Lutheran School and spoke on the various programs and activities at St. John’s.
